The lower half consists of a living room with 2 sofa beds and an American kitchen, 1 complete bathroom, a bedroom with a bed and a trundle bed and a double bedroom.

On the terrace there is a dining table for 8 people, a swing seat, a seating area for 4 people, a pool and a barbecue
