| The house is suitable for a holiday with up to 8 people in both summer and winter. It has 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 1 double bed respectively.1 double bed & 1 bunk bed or1 catamaran bunk bed, 1 living room, large dining kitchen, shower room, additional toilet, a laundry room and two covered terraces.It is situated on a 3000 m² property in the middle of the forest.Many lakes are within 1-2 km;the nearest (fishing) lake is only approx.400 m away approx.10 km to Lake Sommen, which is one of Sweden's great lakes with 450 km of coastline and almost 300 islands.Every kind of water sport is possible there. Excellent fishing lakes in the immediate vicinity! The sea (Baltic Sea) is approx.110km Lake Vättern is approx.50km away. Cities like Jönköping, Linköping, Motala, Vimmerby (Astrid-Lindgrens World) are approx.50-100 km reachable, to Stockholm it is approx.230km You will find a lot of peace and quiet in our house with few neighbors and drive approx.12-16 km to the nearest towns! Minimum rental period 1 week. In the high season i.i.e.Rfrom Saturday to Saturday, but other arrangements are possible depending on occupancy. Rental conditions: - Animals are unfortunately not allowed for allergy reasons. - The house is a non-smoking house - Bed linen and towels are provided, but must either be washed before departure and put back in the closet or it must be agreed with the next tenants that they wash the bed linen and towels. - Each tenant carries out the final cleaning himself. - Electricity is included up to 150 KWh.Any consumption in excess of this will be charged at €0.60/KWh. - In the high season we usually rent for at least 1 week from Saturday to Saturday.Other arrangements are possible depending on occupancy. - Different rental rates apply in the low season. The house is not a "rental property" but rather our "home" where we occasionally host other guests when we cannot be there. If two families or a group want to travel, the price increases from the 6th person onwards.person for 10 € / day and person. All prices include waste water.
