Holiday house Finca Bota

Our Finca Bota is approx.5 km outside of the medieval town of Artà in the northeast of Mallorca.It is very easy to reach on asphalt roads, but is absolutely quiet in slightly hilly terrain.Various, well-developed bathing bays can be reached by car in approx.15 minutes reachable.The finca is slightly elevated in the middle
of the 20,000 m2 property.

The over one hundred year old former farmhouse is practical but tastefully furnished in Mallorcan style.However, it does not have a dishwasher, washing machine or TV, but you will spend your vacation in a beautiful, unspoilt landscape.You can enjoy the absolute peace without traffic noise.

On the large property of our finca there are countless orange, tangerine, almond, fig and olive trees whose fruits you can enjoy.

The finca is a two-storey house with two double and three single beds.The sleeping places are spatially separated from each other, but cannot be locked with doors.In the bathroom you will find two sinks, a shower and a toilet.

The kitchen is rustically furnished with a large refrigerator including a freezer compartment and a gas-powered stove and oven.In the dining area, a Swedish stove can be heated on cool evenings, the cozy living area can also be heated with a fireplace.Various, partly shady outdoor seating areas invite you to linger.You can prepare your meals outdoors on the grill and then enjoy them in the cool summer kitchen.The swimming pool, which cannot be seen from the outside, is right next to the house and is embedded in a typical Mediterranean garden.
