Beautiful vacation home in Kissimmee/Orlando for up to 8 people.The apartment is equipped with a living room, dining area, kitchenette and 3 bedrooms, each with 2 sleeping possibilities.For the 7and 8Comfortable guest beds are available for each person.The master bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and toilet, for the other two bedrooms there is another bathroom with bath/shower and toilet.The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for 8 people, as well as a dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, stove, blender, toaster, coffee maker, etc.There are enough towels and bed linen on site.Washing machine and tumble dryer are also available.The master bedroom and the living room are equipped with TV and VCR.There are also board games, a stereo and a telephone (free local calls).Villa Island Club is a very quiet residential complex where you can find absolute peace and quiet.A small communal pool is located almost opposite the apartment and has a whirlpool right next to the pool.Directly adjacent to the pool, in a building, is a common room and a weight room for weight training.A little further up the road (approx.2 minutes walk) is the larger pool.Next to this is also a whirlpool.At both pools there are enough loungers as well as tables and chairs.You can play tennis or beach volleyball right next to the large swimming pool.There is also a small playground for the younger guests, so that you can always keep an eye on the children.Behind the playground there are two separate grills with seating for cozy barbecue evenings.Adjacent to the large pool, in another building, is a weight room for endurance sports, with a treadmill, cross trainer, rowing machine and ergometer.Also in this building is a room with some slot machines, such as pinball, car racing, etc.All parks (such as Disneyworld, Seaworld, Universalstudios, Wet 'n' Wild, etc.) located in Orlando can be reached in 10-20 minutes by car.In about 5 minutes drive you can reach the heart of Kissimmee and find all sorts of entertainment such.B.restaurants, supermarkets, shopping malls, etc.Kissimmee offers go-karting, golfing and helicopter tours.Distance to the beach (Atlantic coast) approx.45 mins(Tampa/Gulf Coast) approx.1 H.15 minutes.Distance to Daytona Beach approx.60 minsCape Canevaral approx.50 minsmiami approx3 hours.30 min.Prices: from 458 euros/week or from 841 euros for 14 days (depending on the season) Final cleaning: 50 euros once The price includes electricity/gas/water.This apartment is a non-smoking apartment!!!!(On the balcony or in front on the veranda you can smoke) Questions by email: mibastos@gmx.de
