DESCRIPTION
The property is in a great location, right by the lake with access to the bathing beach at Lake Nissången.Secluded location in beautiful surroundings 15 km from shopping facilities in Malung (Dalarna).Distance from Stockholm 350 km, Gothenburg 420 km, Malmo 710 km.

There is direct access to the shore and close by is a beautiful, long sandy beach, which is particularly suitable for children.The large, south-facing terrace offers a wonderful view over the lake and the beautiful nature of Dalarna.

The standard of the house is rather basic and there is no electricity or running water.The lighting consists of candles and oil lamps and water is fetched from the well belonging to the house.

From the dining table in the large living room you have a fantastic view over the lake.In the living room there is also a beautiful open fireplace and a double bed.

The master bedroom has 2 bunk beds in typical Dalarna style for a total of four people.There is an additional twin bed in a small bedroom in the boathouse building.

In the kitchen without running water, there is a sink with a drain, a wood-burning stove, a gas stove and a gas fridge, and the drinking water is fetched from the well, as mentioned.

The Sauna Blockhaus is just a few meters from the lake shore.The sauna is heated with a wood stove.There is a simple (camping) shower here.A large window facing the lake gives you a great panorama.Outside is a terrace with a jetty on the lake.

In the boathouse there is a woodshed, the rowing boat, safety vests in adult and child sizes, and two bicycles are always at your disposal.

Your toilet is a beautiful outhouse with a view of the lake.

Good fishing opportunities in the lake (perch and pike).
