This villa, very well located, stands about 4 kms from the beautiful fine sand beaches and creeks in Las Tres Calas where you'll be able to discover, after a few minutes walk, creeks that mostly remain completely virgin.
It stands in the quiet and family residential area of Las Tres Calas where you'll find a little shopping centre with bar, restaurant, chemist, little supermarket, etc
and, for bigger shopping, you'll find all you need in the centre of Ametlla de Mar standing about 4,5 kms from the villa.
