On the first floor, there are 3 big bedrooms, two of them, with two individual beds each one. The third bedroom has got a double bed, air conditioning and an exit, through French doors, to a pleasant covered and furnished terrace with view onto the house's private swimming pool.
On the same level, there is also a complete bathroom with bathtub.
The fourth big bedroom, also big, stands just down the stairway, with a double bed and a complete bright bathroom with shower.
All the bedrooms, with big windows, are clear and bright, prettily decorated and have big storage closets.
On the ground floor, there is also a big completely equipped kitchen, opened to a large living room, comfortable and air conditioned, with a chaise longue sofa and a dining area with table and chairs just before the kitchen.
In both the living room and kitchen, wide French doors allow direct access to 2 big covered terraces, the first one just before the swimming pool, fitted out with deck furniture and a stone barbecue, and the second one along the house with arbour, big table and a dresser.
Before the terraces, there is a well maintained garden with lawn and a beautiful private swimming pool with Roman stairs, sun beds and outdoor shower.
The property is completely fenced and offers the possibility to park up to 3 cars.
Very well maintained and fully equipped, the property provides with quality furnishing and household appliances, a decoration with cared details, and includes a Wifi Internet connection.
The air conditioning as well as the linen (sheets and shower towels) can be provided as optional services (to be confirmed in advance and paid on arrival).
A 100 Euros fee supplement is obligatory for the final cleaning, to be paid directly on key collection.
Ideally located, in a quiet and wooded residential area, this house stands only 2 kms from the very beautiful creek of Caka Forn, less than 3 kms from Cala Mosques and Cala San Jordi: the access by car is quick and it is easy and free to park before the beaches.
Las Tres Calas' beaches and creeks are very much appreciated by tourists for their lay out (showers, toilets, beach huts in the sand for most of them) and security (watchman) as well as for their crystal water and fine sand.
At the entrance of the housing scheme of Las Tres Calas, you'll find a little shopping centre with supermarket, restaurants, bars, chemist, etc
and about 1 km from the house, there is an entertainment are with bar-restaurant, soccer track, petanque, a big children playground.
For further shopping, you'll find all you're looking for in the centre of Ametlla de Mar, about 4 kms from there, with a little fishing port, many little restaurants, shops, supermarkets.
