On the first floor, there is a second complete bathroom, with bathtub, and two other bedrooms, the first one with a double bed, storage and a picture window which leads to a pretty balcony with view onto, down below, the villa's private garden, the residence's community green zone and swimming pool, the second bedroom has two single beds and a big closet.
On that same level, French doors installed in the corridor allow direct way out to a sunny solarium terrace furnished with guardrails, deck furniture and a nice view.
On the ground floor, just outside the living room and open kitchen, there is a pleasant shaded porch-terrace furnished with table, chairs and a sliding blind which provides an outdoor dining and relax area, bordered by a more or less 50 sqp private garden with lawn and flowers.
A barbecue and sun beds have been set up in this private garden which has direct yet secure access, using a little gate with key, to the swimming pool and the vast green zone with pretty olive and palm trees, benches and a community barbecue made available for the holidaymakers.
Very comfortable, this property provides a complete equipment with Internet connection included, full equipped kitchen with dishwasher, big fridge-freezer, oven, vitroceramic, microwaves, coffee maker,.... external lights and a garage where stands the washing machine and that can be used as storage space.
It also offers as optional services the air conditioning for 25 euros per week (1 devise per stair) and the linen (sheets and shower towels) for 10 euros per person.
There is no private parking but it is easy to park in the little dead-end street just outside the residence.
This quiet and family residence is very well kept, counts with 20 private and adjoining villas in a wide garden with lawn, flowers, olive-trees and palm-trees as well as a beautiful swimming pool and a big community barbecue area.
It stands in a quiet and family residential area of Las Tres Calas, appreciated by the families for its quietness, surrounded by olive-tree fields, and allows quick access to the beautiful fine sand and crystal-clear waters beaches and creeks, using a coastal road going over the national. All the beaches of Las Tres Calas have free park spots and some of them are fitted out with showers and beach bars.
100 meters from there, stands a big bar-restaurant called "Bambalina" with sports tracks and children playground and, at the entrance of the housing scheme, a little shopping centre with restaurant, bar, little supermarket...
4 Kms and with easy access, the village of Ametlla de Mar offers a fishing port, a nautical port and a city centre for all kind a purchase like the municipal market, the fish-market of barge, supermarkets,... . moreover, lots of little bars with tapas, restaurants of renowned quality stand along the maritime promenade and the old port.
Thanks to the main roads connecting all the Coast, you also have quick access to the main neighbor seaside resorts as well as to the many tourist activities available in the area.

« Las Tres Calas » is a holiday residential area to be found 140 Kms South from Barcelona, 12 Kms from Miami Playa and 4 Kms from the centre and the fishing port of Ametlla de Mar.
« Las Tres Calas » mainly composed of villas, has a little shopping centre with supermarket, shops and restaurants but mostly offers a beautiful hiking trail to discover the unsuspected beauty of its beaches and creeks. These beaches are easily accessible by car. Some of them are fitted out with showers and little bars restaurants in the sand but all of them have free park spots.
Beside, stands Ametlla de Mar, a fishing village where you will find all kind af comodities, many traditional gastronomy restaurants, a fisching port with its fishing barge as well as a pretty maritime promenade along the beaches of this seaside resort.
