Die 3 ½ Zimmer Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und befindet sich im Dachgeschoss unseres Bauernhauses. Sie bietet Platz für 4- 5 Personen. Die Ausstattung der einzelnen Räumlichkeiten;

Küche: 2 Kochplatten, Backofen, Kaffeemaschine (Tchibo) die Kapseln können vor Ort bezogen werden, Filterkaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Toaster,

Raclette Tischgrill, Fonduegeschirr.  Wohnzimmer:  Polstergruppe, Fernseher, Leselampe, Tischli, Stuhl, Esstisch für 5 Personen, Doppelbett hinter Vorhang mit Nachtisch und Lampe….  Kleiderschrank inkl. Bügel

Aussenbereich

es hat einen gemütlichen Aussensitzplatz mit Tisch und 5 Stühlen, Sonnenschirm, Gas-Grill auf Wunsch, schöner asphaltierter  Vorplatz und Wiese.

Reservierter Parkplatz auf Wunsch auch ein zweiter Parkplatz möglich.

Umgebung

unser Bauernhof liegt etwas ausserhalb des Dorfkerns Obsee, Lungern sehr ländlich und ruhig.

In 5 Minuten sind sie im «Sunnis» einem kleinen Lebensmittelshop, der alles für den Alltag anbietet , auch feines frisches Brot.

Trotz der ländlichen Lage ist man nicht weit von Luzern oder Interlaken entfernt, mit dem Auto ca. 30 Minuten, das nächste Skigebiet erreichen sie in 15 Minuten. Der wunderschöne Lungerer See ist in 8 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Unsere Region ist von Frühling bis Herbst wunderschön zum Wandern.

Kinderfreundlich mit Spielkiste zum draussen spielen.  Unser Hund Bobby ist auch ein guter Spielkamerad…
