The holiday house is placed on a 2500 sqm and an enclosed garden property with meadow, flowers and trees. In the garden of olive trees, palm trees, mediterranean tree species can be found. The owner lives only temporarily in the house. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The facilities are at your disposal for common use. Relax outdoor at the sunbathing area with parasol and sunlounger. The private used pool area is open from the beginning of May until the end of October and offers an outdoor pool (5 m x 10 m). Your fitness, you can keep busy with fitness equipment.
Your holiday house: Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 200 sqm and can accommodate up to 12 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room 112 sqm and with fireplace, lounge and TV. Cooking nook in the living room with dinette, oven and refrigerator. The dinette offers space for 7 persons. Bathroom with shower, WC and bidet.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed and with sea view. 2 bathrooms each with shower, WC and bidet.
TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.
Pets: allowed. Free of charge.
Location: Castelvetrano. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea and the quiet location. The villa is on the edge of the Natural Park "Foce del Belice", near the river Belice. Excursions on request (for a fee). Cook on request (for a fee). At the holiday house are parking spaces on the property. The nearest shopping possibility is 2 km away, restaurant 2 km and town centre 2 km. Castelvetrano TP: cinema 15 km and discotheque 8 km. indoor swimming pool, doctor, pharmacy, bank each 10 km in Menfi. thermal spa in Montevago 20 km. airport in Palermo 100 km. A children's playground is 2 km away. railway line 18 km and main street 2 km. Porto Palo's 2 km (mini market, restaurant, sports facilities), Menfi 7 km (shops), airport (Trapani) 100 km.
In the summer: Mediterranean, private sandy beach with gravel-sand and cliffs. Naturism is also possible here. Your four-legged companion is very welcome at the dog beach in Isolette, 800 m. Fisherman have the possibility to drop the fishing-rod in Porto Palo, 2 km. Further sports and leisure offers await you in the surroundings. For example horseback riding in Partanna 9 km. diving in Porto Palo 2 km. mini golf in Vanico 12 km. golf in Verdura Resort 40 km. The beach is 800 m on a dirt road.
