Property description

The Villa Delphin has been newly built and is located in a picturesque landscape in Praia da Luz. In a quiet residential area you will find peace and relaxation.
The villa has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets and 1 spacious living room with dining area and open fireplace. From the living room you have a very nice view of the planted Adrium. The house has central heating, which is installed in all rooms (toilet-bath). The villa is ideal to spend the winter months in the sunny south. It is comfortably equipped - with all imaginable comfort. It is 800 meters from the sea. The property covers 1100m2 and is fenced with a "living fence" so that they will find a nature-loving environment within the property. The property is very lovingly equipped with plants, shrubs and natural grass.
The villa is located to the south on a crescent-shaped sandy beach and to the west on a very nature-related cliff. Ideal for snorkeling and fishing - 800 meters away. Praia de Luz is very centrally located and is a very good starting point for various activities. In the village there are good restaurants and some English Pups. Bed linen and towels are provided, once a week cleaning service with towel, bath towel, linen change. Extra bed possible, travel cot available.
The peculiarity of Villa Delphin is that it is connected to the nature. The entire property is fenced and secure. In addition, a screens hedge is planted around the property to protect against foreign insight. Animals (foreign dogs) cannot get to the property without your permission. The entire property is planted with palm trees, rose bushes, lemon tree, cactus, natural grass, fig tree. In the garden is a large barbecue. From the living room you reach the pool, which is filled with salt water. The pool is child-friendly, it is  gently sloping to a depth of 1.70 meters.



Rental agreement: No liability is accepted for accidents on the property, pool, in the house, on the entire object of the Villa Delphin. It is important to ensure that tiles have been laid at the pool and in the house and that there is a risk of slipping due to wetness. Parents are responsible for the children. The doors must be closed, in the back of the garden is also in the presence recommended to close the door, as there is no insight who has access from the garden gate. The entrance gate is to be closed. The garden door must be locked when leaving the object. The guest must obtain a confirmation from the landlord (owner, four weeks before departure) if the reservation is upright as well as the property has been booked through subcontractors. Should there be a double booking , the landlord (owner) is to be held harmless, if the tenant cannot prove a confirmation. With a double booking, the landlord (owner) will endeavor to provide alternative accommodation, but only for the same price as the tenant has paid. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is exclusively the LANDESGERICHT INNSBRUCK / Austria. When the property is sold, the landlord (owner) is allowed 4 weeks before departure to the tenant (guest) to reimburse the rent without additional costs, so that nothing stands in the way of a sale. The tenant cannot set off a compensation against the landlord The tenant / guest fully accepts the rental agreement after reading and agreeing to the rental agreement.
