Property description

The apartment is located in the district Heeselicht, in a newly built house in 2002 on the ground floor of a closed to through traffic Nebenstraße.Im place (about 10 minutes) there is a restaurant and a bakery. More shopping can be found in about 4 km away Stolpen.Aufgrund its quiet location on the edge of the National Park "Saxon Switzerland" is the apartment an ideal base for touring the Saxon Switzerland (center about 15 km) and Dresden (30 km ). The "Canaletto" - Pirna is located about 22 km away. Prague can be reached in about 2 Autostunden.In the near vicinity of the town there are many interesting tourist destinations (Stolpen, Polenztal, Rathen, Bastion ...) and in 5 km distance an outdoor pool. For Kurzweil in bad weather, the water parks provide in Neustadt (about 10 km) and Bad Schandau (about 15 km) each with great sauna.

In 2002, the apartment was furnished. It is comfortable and modern equipped, has a separate entrance and has a size of 60 m².Stube (with sofa bed, sofa bed, flat-screen TV, SAT) and bedroom (with double bed) have a size of 20 m² and 14 m², the bathroom (with bath, shower, toilet and washing machine) has a size of 6 m² and with fitted kitchen (fridge, freezer, microwave, oven) kitchen 15 m².Bettwäsche and towels are provided as well as other equipment details (hair dryer, iron, ironing board, kettle, toaster, etc.) the apartment is designed for overnight accommodation for 2 people with a Aufbettung.Im outside there is a terrace with Grill.Der carport on the property right next to the Ferienwohnung.Internetzugang via WLAN is possible.We ask our guests not to smoke in this apartment.

Location descriptionThe vacation home is in the local part Heeselicht, in in the year 2000 a again built house at a side street closed for the transit traffic. Due to its calm situation at the edge of the national park "Saxonian Switzerland" is it ideal starting point for routes into Saxonian Switzerland (center approx. 7 km) and to Dresden (approx. 30 km). The "Canaletto" - city Pirna is appropriate for approx. 22 km far away. One reaches Prague in approx. 2 autohours. On this occasion a purchase in the Duty Free is recommended directly behind the Czech border in Hrensko. In close environment of the place many Touristi goals worth seeing (castle Stolpen, Polenztal, rock stage Rathen, lily stone...) are and in approx. 5 km distance an open-rir swimming pool. For Kurzweil in bad weather the experience baths in new city (approx. 10 km) and bath Schandau (approx. 10 km) provide. The center of the place with restaurant is approx. 10 going minutes far away.
