The Chalet is situated in Ladir (1250m above sealevel), above Ilanz, close to the "white arena", Obersaxen and Brigels, in a restful, sunny south slope location with dreamlike view to the mountains.
In wintertime there is a free skibus connecting Ladir with the basic mountain railway stations of Laax. A skirun is leading directly from Crap Masegn (2477m above sealvel) to Ladir/Ruschein.
