Description

The house is on a beautiful place with a fantastic view on the charming hills of Tuscany and the sea. If the weather is clear the isles of Elba, Capraia and Corsica can be seen. You will enjoy the huge terrace and the large estate with cypress trees, stone-pines, fruit-trees, tendrils and a little wood.

The house is light and furnished comfortably and cosily. A stay in the colder months is also very pleasant thanks to the swedish oven and a fire-place.

The historical village Casale Maritimo is reachable in a few minutes by car or on foot within about 25 minutes on a very beautiful panoramic way. There are shops, a bank, a post office, a drug store and restaurants. Within a quarter of an hour you can reach the next bigger village of Cecina or the wide sandy beach of Marina di Bibbona.

The cultural towns of Volterra, San Gimignano, Pisa, Siena and Florence are easily reachable for a one-day excursion. The region is ideal for walking, biking and riding. A big thermal pool is not far away.

A little street goes beyond our territory and sometimes on weekends there is a bit more of traffic.
