VILLA PATRIZIA
Villa Patrizia is situated on a mountain that overhangs Castellammare del Golfo. It's surrounded by trees and has stunning panoramic view of the entire Gulf giving the possibility to spend a quiet and private holiday. You can choose between three types of units, according to your needs and costs, the apartments: Bouganvillea, Edera, Melograno.
The villa has swimming pool, external showers, garden and veranda.
The distance to the city centre is about 1 km and 2 km from the sandy beach of Castellammare; it's approximately 35 km from Palermo airport. The owners live on the first floor of Bouganvillae, one of the premises and could assist you at any time.
EDERA:
Bed accommodation: 4+1
This is a ground floor apartment in the south part of the main villa. Through the courtyard the guest access into the large living/dining room with kitchen corner. In the premise there are also two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and one with bunk beds. In the last one there is no window.
The bathroom is with shower. An additional person can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room. There is airconditioning.
There is a private veranda that overlooks the garden with a view of the sea at the distance.
All kind of services, shops, restaurans and various entertainment can be found in Castellammare’s centre at about 1 km distance; 5 km away is the famous fishmen’s village of Scopello and the spectacular cliffs “I Faraglioni” and Natural reserve Lo Zingaro. |
