Villa Daniela is a ice and cozy holiday home, located in the territory of Fraginesi, a village at about 3 km from Castellammare del Golfo where the main services and offices are available (such as bank, post, medical centre, supermarket, ecc), approximately 3 km from Scopello and the beach of Guidaloca; the international airport of Palermo is at about 40km away.
The Villa is tructured on the ground floor and the inside of the house is accessible through the anterior veranda. The living room is very large and furnished comfortably with original decorations such as antique manufacture tools and ceramic plates which together with the stove-fireplace give the room a very particular and fascinating aspect. There are two sofa beds, Tv Sat and air condition. As it is an open plan living room there is a very well equipped kitchen constructed in typical majolica cermics. From there is an access to the posterir veranda where is possible to have pleasant moments of relax or to dining outside.
A corridor leads to the night zone where three bedrooms can be found, on edouble with queen size bed, another with twin beds and the third one is signle with possibility to add an extra bed. The bedrooms are spacious and elegantly furnished and decorated. The adjacent bath is with shower and washing machine available.
Villa Daniela has a swimming pool with hydromassage and the following dimensions: 5 x 9 x 1,3-2,2 m. Furthermore in disposition to the guests is the outdoor kitchen with barbeque and the playground angle for the children.
The villa is surrounded by a lovely garden flourishing with various Mediterranean plants that create a lovely environment.
A large parking area is available too.
