Villa “La Rosa Dei Venti” is situated in the area of Scopello village at short distance of the Ancient Borgo (Borough) and tuna-fishing station, actually non active but being with high influence in the past. A few chilometers as well is the nature Reserve Park Zingaro nowadays still saves uncontaminated bays with crystal sea waters. The vegetation that surrounds the villa is typically Mediterranean and also the habitation is emphasized with characteristic natural materials used for its construction.
Inside of the villa is accessed through an open plan living room very large and luminous, the furniture expresses the Sicilian art style “agreste” for that reason the interior appears very warm and comfortable. The bedrooms are three, one of them is with double queen-size bed, one is double bedroom with bunk beds and the third one is single with possibility to add an extra bed.
The structure is surrounded by verandas, one of them is covered and there is situated the barbeque area with various garden facilities and furniture that give the possibility to enjoy dinner outside.
There is a swimming pool with hydro-massage for pleasant refreshment during the hot summer days.
“La Rosa Dei Venti” is at about 45km from the International airport of Palermo and about 40km from the airport of Trapani/Birgi.
The nearest city of Castellammare del Golfo at about 5km is the place where different logistic facilities and services such as banks, post, shops, superstores can be found.
The little fascinating Borough of Scopello offers typical restaurants, pizzeria and bars where is possible to taste characteristic meals of Sicilian cuisine. |
