Villa Patrizia is situated on a mountain that over hangs Castellammare del Golfo. It's surrounded by trees and has panoramic view of the gulf giving the possibility to spend a quiet and private holiday. You can choose between three kind of houses, according to your needs and costs: Bouganvillea, Edera, Melograno.
The villa has external showers, swimming pool and veranda.
The villa is 1,5 km from the centre of town and 2 km from the sandy beach of Castellammare; it's 30 km from Palermo airport. The owners live on premises.
This apartment is accessed from the driveway/courtyard up an external staircase to the second floor. There is an entrance hallway (with a double sofa-bed) which opens into the comfortably furnished living room. From this living area the large and well-equipped kitchen can be easily accesed. There are three bedrooms: one with queen size bed and private bathroom with shower; one with king size bed (that can be separated into two beds if desired); and the third with twin beds. These last two rooms share an enormous bathroom with tub and shower. There is a washing machine.
It's 1,5 km from Castellammare del Golfo where you find all kind of services and there's the possibility to do shopping; 5 km from Scopello and from natural reserve of Zingaro. |
