The house is composed by a main building and a dependance very close each other so there is the possibility to invite friends and have privacy at the same time. Main house:a two-storey house. On the ground floor there is a wide living-dining room .The decoration is cosy and at the same time elegant atmosphera Thanks to the antique furniture and objects diseminated all over the house. There is also a fireplace There is a well-equipped kitchen decorated with hand-painted majolica .A glass-door connects the kitchen with a external barbecue equipped with oven, sink and a wood-kiln .There is a bedroom with one single bed, a bathroom with shoer and laundry room. Most of the rooms are facing the large veranda.in the upper floor: main bedroom the upholstered headboard queen bed, the tiled floor, the antiques bedside tables and the spectacular views of Cala Bianca There is another queen size bedded bedroom where its furnishings are simple but accurated and delicate. There is a double bedroom with a little terrace with views of the marine scene. There is also another bathroom with tub. In the back courtyard there is a small dependance with a tipically mediterranean structure enhanced It is surrounded by a large covered veranda with the roof made of cane making a fresh and rustic It has living-dining room with an open kitchen. The furnishing and the decoration are simple, youthful and comfortable. A distribution hall is the access to the bedroom with queen bed and to the bathroom with shower. Both buildings are immersed in a park of mediterranean plants like palms and olive trees carefully spreaded all along the path that leads to the swimming pool. |
