The four houses, each with two bedrooms are located on a dead end street with little traffic, leading to the sea. The distance to the sandy beach is only 90 meters. The area is dominated by the green of the trees and not from large hotel or Apparttementklötzen.

The four houses, comfortable and generously equipped, with two bedrooms (5 beds and a sofa bed in the living room) are on a little-traveled impasse directly to the sea long by 7 km, sandy beach and clean water leads. The nearest beach is only 90 meters and demonstrates the excellent location of the houses. The environment is the green of the trees (eucalyptus, acacia, pine, etc.) and not by large apartment or hotel blocks marked. With great care the owner tried to integrate its houses in the landscape and it took respectful of natural energy by means of solar panels.

Planting on the side of the terraces situated ornamental garden was lovingly designed by the owner's wife with roses, hibiscus and various succulents, dwarf palms and flowering plants, as well as of the grounds upstream some distance vegetable garden with artichokes, beans, tomatoes, eggplants, etc. So shows the interest of the owner to take care of nature and in the management of its extensive olive groves, which he based on environmentally friendly aspects (Hint: His olive oil is excellent).

In front of the house there is a covered terrace of 17 sqm and a free terrace of 25 sqm. You can park your car directly in front of the house.
The entire property is fenced and can be locked.
