Charming, 150 years old stonehouse, at the edge of the villagecentre of a small place, 8km from Uzès, on a 2000m2 plot of land, fenced-in, with old trees, meadow with swimmimgpool (5x10m, Roman stairs) and a 100m2 large, very beautifl terrace, which is achievable by direct exits from the drawing-room and from the living-kitchen. The house (living space 130m2) and the neighbourhood (terrace, access, garden) has been restored (complete renovation of the whole house in 2006 and 2008) and planted very carefully, considering specially the original character of te typical Provecal Mas.
