| Residence 'Cañada del Barco' consists in 1-bedroom apartments situated in two 3 floor buildings, with gardens and a large swimming pool. The entrance is limited to the renters. The residence is situated at 5 km from Nerja, nearby Torrox Costa. It is located at less than 100m from the beach. All apartments rented here are situated on the ground floor and have a private terrace, from which you have direct access to the pool. The pool is available from April to September; it is entirely fenced, has got a secured swimming area for childern, garden showers and individual cabins. Cañada del Barco also has a small children's playfield. Many restaurants and services are available around and supermarkets are at less than 1 km away. CAÑADA DEL BARCO is specially designed to the ones who want to spend quiet and very relaxing holidays, for a very affordable price while enjoying a number of very valuable facilities. - Total interior surface: about 55 m2 - One bedroom with double bed - Living room with couch for 2 extra people - TV with satellite dish - Kitchenette with ceramic hotplates + oven, washing machine, toaster etc. - Bathroom with shower (or bath, depending on availability) - Private terrace about 10m2 with garden table and chairs - Small back terrace for the laundry - 1 foldable extra bed or 1 baby bed on demand (no charge) - Closed parking place possible (supplement 20 Euro/week) CONDITIONS: - 20% on booking, the rest at your arrival - Rental possible all weekdays (minimum 4 days) - Cleaning and linen-change at arrival and departure included - Linen and towels provided - Educated pets allowed (except in the pool area) |
