| Sunshine, awesome landscapes, clean air, natural locations and sights, rivers, waterfalls, mountains and forests, traditional villages and famous delicacies: The Ardèche offers you an overwhelming multitude of possibilities. You can take a dip in the crystal-clear waters of the rivers (the next bathing area is located some 4 kilometres away from your residence), discover the Ardèche by canoe or kayak, go rock climbing or canyoning, discover caves, take walks or go on cycling tours, do paragliding etc. – and all of that in the wild outdoors. You can, however, also roam the colourful streets and shops of Vallon Pont d’Arc or take a stroll through the the beautiful villages of Salavas, Labeaume and Balazuc. Or you can visit the wealth of natural treasures like the famousPont d’Arc in the Ardèche Gorge Nature Reserve, the many caves and mines of Alès or the bambouseraie in Anduze. Furnishings The enclosed Résidence Les Sources de Manon of Odalys is located in close proximity to the town of Vallon Pont d’Arc, whose town centre is only about 10 minutes away on foot. Shops, restaurants and other amenities can thus be reached quite easily. There are two building complexes that are made up of different blocks of between four and six living units which are arranged around two central swimming pools with wading pools. One of the pools is heated and open from the beginning of June until end of September (heated from beginning until middle of June and from middle until end of September). The other pool is only accessible in July and August. Most of the 45 sqm large holiday flats are located on the ground level and are furnished mobility-friendly, i.e. they have a barrier-free shower and wheelchair-adapted wash basin and kitchen furniture. Please indicate clearly with your booking whether you are in need of a mobility-friendly flat. Via the terrace (which is separated from the path by a small hedge and is either partially roofed or has a marquee) you enter the living room of your domicile which accomodates a kitchenette (fridge including freezing compartment, dishwasher, microwave, percolator etc.), a dining area and a drawerbed for two people (varying height of mattresses) as well as a camp bed for one person. There is also a bedroom with a French double bed (about 140 cm wide) and another bedroom with a single bed (about 80 cm wide) plus a bathroom with shower and toilet. Some units of this type can also be found on the first floor. Tey have a balcony with garden furniture including parasol. From the balcony you have a nice view over the surrounding landscape. These flats are accessed via a perron which leads to the balcony. They have a living room with kitchenette (fridge including freezing compartment, dishwasher, microwave, percolator etc.), a dining area and a drawerbed for two people (varying height of mattresses). There is also a bedroom with a French double bed (about 140 cm wide) and a bedroom with a bunkbed (about 80 cm wide) plus a bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
