| A renovated holiday home situated on the farmed part of a wine-growing estate. The place is very much on the go during the harvesting season. It is located in a natural environment in midst of vines some 4 kms outside the town of Cers. The property on which the house is found is surrounded by large, open landscapes. The scenery is very rural, and the large, white sandy beaches of Portiragnes are only 10 kilometres away. The historical town of Pézenas, the town centre of Béziers and the bathing resort of Cap d’Agde can also easily be reached. Our holiday domicile is the perfect choice for holiday makers that like to play watersports, make use of the leisure opportunities on the beach but nevertheless like to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of a rural destination. Furnishings This roughly 130 sqm townhouse which is flanked by another holiday domicile was constructed on the foundation wall of an 18th century building and has been completely renovated. Via the terrace furnished with garden furniture you enter the house through its main entrance. A staircase offers enough room to store suitcases, bicycles and other bulky items. The living area on the first floor is accessed via a flight of stairs. A very special atmosphere is created thanks to the virgin stone walls and the clearly visible wooden beams. The living area accomodates a very spacious living / dining room with kitchenette with refrigerator including freezing compartment, microwave, dishwasher, baking oven, extractor canopy, percolator etc. Three bedrooms, two of which are furnished with a French double bed (140cm wide) and another bedroom with a bunk bed (approx. 90cm wide) invite you to stay for longer than just a few nights. The house is furthermore equipped with two bathrooms,one with a tub and one with a shower. There is also a separate toilet.
