| Juan les Pins is a popular holiday resort which is part of the town of Antibes. It is located in the middle of the Alpes-Maritimes region and just 20 and 10 kms away from Nice and Cannes respectively. Juan les Pins was founded as recreation town in 1925 and is until this day visited by many tourists and leisure seekers. The town looks back on a prestigeous past and has a lot to offer in terms of culture such as the festival „Jazz à Juan“. In the course of the past decades Juan les Pins has increasingly shaped into a jet set town: a multitude of luxury hotels and mansions dominate the townscape. Apart from its long sandy beaches Juan les Pins has a lot to offer for water sports enthusiasts. Remarkably, Picasso described the settlement as “town with a lust for life”. Our comfortable and looked after mansion is located on a 1,700 sqm large, completely secluded yard which also sports a heated salt water pool (approx. 11.5x5.5 metres / secured) and a lovingly constructed garden pond with koi carps in it. Furnishings On ist ground floor this roughly 270 sqm large villa sports a lavish living room with an ornamental fireplace, a piano (use upon request) and dining table with ample seating space. An open passage takes us into the well-equipped kitchen (ceramic stove top, fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwaser etc.). From the living room and the kitchen one can access the roofed terrace which is equipped with garden furnture. The ground floor has two bedrooms, both of them with an adjacent bathroom with shower and WC. One bedroom is furnished with a 160 cm wide double bed, the other one has a 140 cm wide double bed. A staircase takes us from the living room onto the first floor which accomodates four bedrooms, the largest of which has a double bed (approx 160 cm wide), air condition, TV, balcony plus an adjacent bathroom with with tub, shower and toilet. Then there is another bedroom with a 140 cm wide bed, air condition and TV as well as one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm wide) and TV. A fourth bedroom with to single beds (both approximately 90 cm wide) plus a child’s bed is equipped with an air condition, TV, small kitchenette as well as an exit onto the balcony. This bedroom has its own bathroom with shower. The mansion has a double garage. Moreover, the plot offers enough parking space for another car. There is another parking space outside the premises on which you will also find a heated jacuzzi, table tennis facilities, home exercise equipment which you are free to make use of.
