The small free-standing house with private swimming pool (approx. 8 x 4,5 m) is located in a housing area of Les Issambres on a closed secluded property. Les Issambres is a famous bathing resort between the fashionable town of Ste Maxime and the cities of Fréjus and St Raphael built on roman vestiges.
