Description

Albarella is a private island, southwards of Venice, where you can spend your holidays relaxing or practicing your favourite sport.The island is situated in the "National Nature Resort of the Po Delta" (connected through a bridge to the mainland) and measures 5 by 1,5 Km. 2/3 rds out of 5,3 square kms consist of Mediterranean vegetation. Albarella has 2 million trees of 150 different species, some of them are the "Maritime pine tree" and the "White poplar", "Populus Alba", that’s where Albarella gets his name from.Here deer, pheasants, rabbits, herons, march hawks, stilt birds and egrets find their natural habitat.The whole surface, ground as well as water, are under strict environmental surveillance.

Furnishings

One and half room flat (approx. 40 m2) on one level in small groups of terraced houses. Living room with sofa-bed for two persons, sleeping area with double bed or bunk bed separated from living area by a curtain or bookshelves, kitchen line and dining corner. Bathroom with bath tub or shower and toilet. The apartments are on the first floor and have a balcony.Garden furniture and sun umbrella.
Parking space for one car. On this island you will see most of the time people walking or riding their bycicle as the traffic is limited.
General remarks: The holiday flats are spread on the whole island so that the distances mentioned are only approximate so that it is possible that the differences may be several hundred metres. Thank you for understanding. Swimming pool in the Centro Sportivo can be used free of charge with the Albacard (card allowing to use equipments of the island either free of charge or at a lower price).
