Description

Molina di Ledro, the main settlement of the Ledro Valley, boasts a pile dwelling museum, various restaurants and shopping facilities. The town is a very good hub for water sports and hiking activities. The house is located some two kilometres away from Molina di Ledro in a very sunny and quiet ambience. The apartment on the ground floor is accommodated throughout the year. The enclosed property and its swimming pool (about 5 x 9 metres accessible beginning June until end September) can be used by our guests. You access the property via a steep private road.

Furnishings

The attic apartment on the second floor is appropriately furnished. The rural-style living room accommodates a dining table and the ornamental fireplace. In the fully equipped kitchen there is a fridge including freezing unit, a four-plate gas cooker and a baking oven. Two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed each, in the third bedroom there are two single beds, and the tiled bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.
Alongside the common pool there is a large terrace with garden furniture.
