| These holiday apartments are located in a carefully restored old building on the edge of the old town of Arco. Arco is situated on the northern shores of Lake Garda. The area has quite a lot to offer in terms of history. Numerous Art Nouveau mansions and pompous palaces from the Renaissance era are witness to the fact that the region served as winter residence for the Austrian royal court in the 19th century. The medieval fort towering above Arco attracts many tourists, too whilst the town is also known as spa and “natural clinic” thanks to its mild climate and its clean and clear air. The Botanical Garden, also referred to as the Arboretum, is well-known for its sequoias. However, Arco also has a lot in store for sports fans. The area offers a variety of mountain biking trails, hiking routes climbing walls. Furnishings Each of these eleven holiday apartments (40 m² each) was renovated in 2004. They consist of a living / dining room with kitchenette (incl. microwave, fridge incl. freezing compartment etc.), a dining area, an extendable bed for two persons and satellite TV. There is also a bedroom with a double bed, a safe and a CD player as well as a bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer. The building also offers a large storeroom for bicycles or surfboards, a shared DVD room and an elevator. Each flat has one parking space. About one hundred metres off the building, the Pace Hotel offers a free-of-charge internet point. In front of the house and in the nearby hotel there are many outside seating possibilities.
