Description

The Fassa Valley is surrounded by an impressive mountain scenery. As the last offshoot of the Trentino it borders South Tyrol and Venetia. Mountains and massifs such as the “Rose Garden” and the Sella are part of this picturesque panorama. Vigo di Fassa is a small, pretty town caught between tradition and modernity. The place is the perfect destination for your summer or winter vacation, accomodating various hiking and biking routes as well as a number of skiing regions (the skiing area Catinaccio is only 300 m away). The house was built in 1998 and is located at about 1,400 metres above sea level on the edge of of town.

Furnishings

The penthouse has a size of about 100 m² and is furnished according to the very special taste of the owner. From the windows and the balcony you have a breathtaking view of the Alpine panorama. You access the flat via a perron. From here you enter a small anteroom and then the large living room with a fireplace and a semi-open kitchen. The wooden ceiling with the droop gives the flat a heimish air that makes you feel at home immediately. The well-equipped kitchen has a dining table. Via a small corridor you you enter the bedrooms and a bathroom with a whirlpool, a toilet and a washing machine. One bedroom has two single beds and a single sleeping couch. From the second bedroom (double bed) you can access the balcony and an adjacent bathroom with shower and toilet. Both bedrooms have droops. The flat is well-suited for families with kids because it is lying at a cul de sac and borders a number of meadows that serve as perfect playgrounds.
