| Welcome to Tramin, the famous wine town on the shores of Lake Kalterer in South Tyrol. Our new holiday flats will make you feel at home. The property is surrounded by palm trees, cypresses and vineyards. You will particularly enjoy the view from your terrace or balcony. One of South Tyrol’s oldest churches is home to some outstandingly preserved, mythological frescos and is located just a few yards off your domicile. Tramin is ideally suited for day trips, hikes and culinary excursions into South Tyrol and into Northern Trentino. Furnishings This very comfortable holiday flat (approx. 75 m²) consists of a living/dining room with a kitchenette (including dishwasher), a double sleeping couch (about 170 x 200cm), a bedroom with a double bed (about 210 x 200cm), another bedroom with two single beds (each about 100 cm x 210cm), two bathrooms (one with shower and WC, the other one with a tub) as well as a large terrace with outdoors furniture. The flat also boasts ironing facilities, an elevator, bicycle rental, lawn, deckchairs, sunshades, table football etc. Small breads and drinks can be bought at the bar. If desired (can be agreed on site) you can enjoy breakfast in the pension next-door. For a fee you can make use of our shared washing machine. Internet access is available at reception.
