| Welcome to Tramin, the famous wine town on the shores of Lake Kalterer in South Tyrol. Our new holiday flats will make you feel at home. The property is surrounded by palm trees, cypresses and vineyards. You will particularly enjoy the view from your terrace or balcony. One of South Tyrol’s oldest churches is home to some outstandingly preserved, mythological frescos and is located just a few yards off your domicile. Tramin is ideally suited for day trips, hikes and culinary excursions into South Tyrol and into Northern Trentino. Furnishings The holiday apartment (approx. 35 m²) consists of one bedroom with double bed (approx. 210 x 210cm), an eat-in kitchen with a small, equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and WC. The flat also boasts ironing facilities, an elevator, bicycle rental, lawn, deckchairs, sunshades, table football etc. Small breads and drinks can be bought at the bar. If desired (can be agreed on site) you can enjoy breakfast in the pension next-door. For a fee you can make use of our shared washing machine.Shared washing machine against charge.
