| This newly-built holiday residence with its two apartments is situated in the Concei Valley (Val di Concei) with the next village some two kilometres away. The flat on the ground floor is occupied by the landlord at times. Particularly charming is the surrounding the Ledro Valley landscape. A road that runs past the house takes you to a refugio (traditional tavern) and a parking site for hikers. The fact that the house is surrounded by farmland gives you a very good idea about what the original landscape looks like and what traditional life in the region is all about. Furnishings You enter the 65 m² holiday apartment via a perron. The first floor accommodates a combined living room / bedroom with a kitchenette (baking oven, fridge incl. freezing compartment etc.), a dining area and a double sleeping couch as well as satellite TV. From here you can also access a balcony. A staircase leads to the second floor where you find two bedrooms, one of which is furnished with a double bed and the other one with two single stair-like extendable beds. You can enter a balcony from each of the bedrooms. There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet. The low-ceilinged attic (only suitable for children) serves as an additional bedroom with two single beds.
