| Our holiday residence is located not far away from Germignaga in a very quiet area near the town of Luino. Thanks to the geographical feature of the residence, you can see Lago Maggiore from just about every apartment. The seven-storey complex has a shared pool (6m x 16 m), a paddling pool, a large sunbathing area, a tennis court, a table tennis table, an in-house restaurant and a snack service. Breakfast and half-board can be ordered at the in-house restaurant. Of course, the facility also has an elevator. Behind the building there is a large car park. Furnishings The three-room apartment on the ground floor is separated into a combined living / dining room, two bedrooms with a double bed or two single beds each, a separate kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub including shower appliances and toilet.
