The holiday home made of natural stone is situated on an approx. 400 sqm enclosed property in Ville del Monte. The house consists of a main part and an apartment on the ground floor that is inhabited by a relative of the landlord only a few weeks in the year. Both apartments have separate entrances and terraces. The lake of Tenno is approx. 800 m from the house, it is a small, romantic mountain lake close to the lake of Garda (Riva del Garda is only approx. 11 km away) where you can bathe in summer.

The holiday home is approx. 117 sqm large and consists of two floors.You enter the house via the terrace (approx. 100 sqm) with pergola and barbecue.On the ground floor living/dining room with fire place, single sleep couch, equipped kitchen corner and balcony.
On the first floor two bedrooms: one of them with a double bed and the other one with two single beds. Bathroom with shower, bath tub with jacuzzi and toilets. Washing machine.
