Description

This free standing villa built in the year 1926 has a floor space of approx. 270 m² and a seaview from the upper floor. The house did not loose anything from its character of the 30s, as the landlords maintained the style during the renovation. Majestic stairs lead to a large garden (approx. 3,000 m large) with old trees which is comletely closed.
