| This villa which belongs to our luxurious holiday homes is located in Juan les Pins near the city of festival of Cannes on an approx. 2000 m² large, closed property with flowers, shrubs and mature trees. The pool (approx. 13 x 6 m, fenced and secured by an alarm system) and the garden from which you can see the Mediterranean between the pines, are looked after regularly. Nearly all rooms in the house are South facing and some of them have an air conditioning. Furnishings The owners of the house who are living in the villa for a part of the year have equipped it with particular furniture so that you dispose of an elevated comfort. On the ground floor you find a fully equipped kitchen with 6 hot plates altogether, refrigerator incl. freezer, micro wave, dish washer, a living/dining-room with an ornamental fire place, an office room with telephone/fax (the calls are paid on site), a parents' bedroom with double bed (approx. 180 x 220 cm), a bathroom with tub, shower and jacuzzi. Two separate WCs. Washing machine, satellite TV, CD player. All rooms on the ground floor have access to the terrace with garden furniture which is partly covered. On the first floor you find three further bedrooms: two with a double bed (approx. 140 x 220 cm and 150 x 200 cm) each and one with two single beds (each approx. 80 x 200 cm). All bedrooms have access to the upper terrace. One further room with a double bed (approx. 140 x 190 cm), a sofa, an armchair and a small kitchenette (refrigerator, small cooker with oven) also serves as a fifth bedroom. From this room you have access to a sunroof on the western side of the villa. On the first floor you find two bathrooms with shower, one with tub and two WCs. 2 x 3 hours of cleaning per week are included in the price.
