| The holiday house is situated in tranquil surroundings on the sunny slopes of the Lagorai mountain range above the village of Roncegno. Its nice and sunny location makes this semi-detached house located about 1,250 metres above sea level the ideal holiday destination for families and nature lovers. The domicile is the perfect hub for hiking and bike tours or treks on horseback. The other half of the house is only inhabited a few weeks each year. The property is accessed via a forest road. Furnishings A typical former two-storeyed farm house. The ground floor hosts a large living room with a fire place, an eat-in kitchen and a bathroom with shower and WC while on the first floor there are two bedrooms with a double bed each, one of them with an additional fold-away bed as well as a bedroom with three single sleeping couches. There is also a bathroom with tub and WC. The house is heated centrally while warm water and lighting are generated by means of a wood-burning stove and solar collector respectively. Power is produced by means of a gen-set. On the property there is a grassed sunbathing area, a barbeque area, a bocce lane, a dog pound as well as a carport.
