| The small holiday residence on the southern shore of the Lake of Garda is located only approx. 50m away from the beach. Moreover, you will find a small snackbar and a common pool, as well as a common launderette (against charge). The different apartments are built in a terraced house style. Each apartment on the ground floor has a terrace and those on the first floor have a balcony with garden furniture. Furnishings The apartment has a living space of approx. 40 m², is furnished in a functional way und has a living-/dining-room with kitchen corner (refrigerator incl. freezer, etc.), double convertible sofa and access to the terrace respectively the balcony, a big bedroom with two double beds.
