Description

This Mas, situated at only 1 km from the romantic Canal du Midi, is in the lovely and well-stocked village of Saint Nazaire d'aude. It is also at 2 km away from the attractive and lively harbour of Somail which offers at summer time restaurants, boats and bikes renting.
It is a wonderful area for nature lovers because the villa is in the Narbonnais Regional Park with the steep paths of massif de la Clape, the Bages lakes appreciated by ornithologists or the white sandy beaches of Gruissan near by.
The mas has been recently restored and it is completely independant and situated in a quiet area.
The 250 m² house is comfortably converted for 10 people in an enclosed, flowery garden of 1400 m² also planted of trees and a private swimming pool with a large solarium only for 2008.
The 100 m² room to live is conveniant at any season with its 4 m high ceiling roof, its open fire place and its norvegian stove. This room opens also on a large equipped terrace.
On the ground floor : spacious room to live with an american kichen, a living and a dining room. Night area with 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bath and shower, 2 independant toilets.
On the 1st floor : a spacious room of 80 m² appreciated by children with 2 single open bedrooms and 1 private bathroom.
Excellent open views on sceneries around.
Owners speak english and italian. Sorry no pets.
