The environment of this lovely villa presents many interests : a quiet situation in a nice garden and fresh pine tree forest, on the outskirt of the well-stocked village of Saint Marcel sur aude, near the famous Canal du Midi (UNESCO World Heritage Site) and at only few kilometers from the city of Narbonne and the harbour of Somail (busy and popular at summer time with restaurants, boats and bikes renting).
It is also a wonderful area for nature lovers because the villa is in the Narbonnais Regional Park with the steep paths of massif de la Clape, the Bages lakes appreciated by ornithologists or the white sandy beaches of Gruissan near by.
The 130 m² villa is converted comfortably for 7 people. It is a completed detached house, built on the same level in a 3500 m² garden. It offers also a very large private and secured swimming pool with a circular shallow bath, a solarium of 100 m² and 2 terraces which one is coved.
