Description

It is the ideal place for the one interested on the Saunière priest and its secret. The villa is facing the hill on the top of which is Rennes le Château. The mystery of this church has been put again up date with the succes of the Da Vinci code.
Some excellent views offer a panorama on surrounding corbières. The place is quiet in the middle of an area devoluted to nature. It is well-known by hikers and bikers and for ones keen on cultural discoveries. You are in the heart of the larger vineyard of France and where the famoux blanquette de Limoux is elaborated. The surrounding hills which have a temperate climate far away from the high temperatures of the seaside are ideal for white water sports and fishing with some good trout rivers. The people keen on cultural sites have also some major spots to visit like the citadel of Carcassonne classified at UNESCO World Heritage and the cathar castles in the vicinity.
The independant house of 120 m² built on the same level is comfortably fitted for 6 people. The garden has few shaded terraces with one facing the private and secured swimming pool. Near the house a local train pass by 2 or 3 times a day.
