On the outskirt of the charming village of Saint Ambroix, right on the edge of the National Park of Cévennes, at only 30 km from the Gorges of Ardèche and of Gardon rivers and at 46 Km from Nîmes.
On the banks of the river of Cèze, into the protected area Natura 2000, this semi attached 50 m² house is nicely converted for 4 people. At only 900 m from of the center of the village of St Ambroix, this is such a quiet place with a 2 000 m² enclosed lawned garden planted with trees and flowers with a large coved swimming pool.
On the ground floor, fitted US kitchen open on the living and dining room, a twin bedroom, a shower room and a separate toilet. On the first floor, a double bedroom and a private shower room. Large shaded terrace with roller blind.
Views over the swimming pool and the countryside. Sorry no pets.
