Property description

Welcome to my Greek paradise! My paradise is located in a lovely garden just outside the medieval village of Molivos. The 1500 sqm garden is surrounded by old trees and provides shady places to stay and enjoy. The Luxury-Apartment can be booked for 1 to 4 persons. It has ca. 24 sqm with two separate rooms, a bathroom and a large and shady terrace.

The paradise with 6 apartments is located in a beautiful, natural environment in a 1500 sqm garden with old trees and flowers. The apartments are located just outside the medieval village of Molivos - a little bit a away from tourists and traffic, but close enough to reach the village (1500m) or the beach (1500m) by foot or with a bicycle. The apartments are almost hidden in the garden and covered in green. Each apartment has a ca 40 sqm terrace with garden furniture to relax and enjoy. The comfortabale apartments are well equipped, with great attentiont to details. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, coffee machine, toaster, kettle etc. A BBQ is available. For booking with 3 or 4 persons we put two extra beds in the living area.

We live on Lesvos and will welcome you when you arrive. You can always contact us and we will take care of all issues and concern. Of course we will also provide suggestions and recommendations where to go and what to do.

We can gladly organize tours, trips, hikes, mountainbiking, horseriding, boat trips... for our guest. We can also support you with the booking of a rental car.

Molivos is a picturesque town in the north of the island of Lesvos. Narrow, cobbled streets – some shaded by wisteria with its enchanting smell - lead up to an imposing castle on top of the hill. The castle you see dates back to the Byzantine period (although an ancient castle on the same site was besieged by Achilles) and its impressive presence seem to dominate the town below. Molivos has a good tourist infrastructure; many small local shops invite you in as you stroll through the shady streets. Bars, tavernas and Cafes offer their specialties. At some of them you can sit outside on a balcony, high above sea level and overlooking the harbour and the beautiful bay. In the fishing harbour you can see colourful working fishing boats bobbing in the clear water. The beach village of Eftalou, with its hot springs and beautiful beaches, is about 4 km east of Molivos.

Location descriptionMolivos ist ein uralter Hafenort, der unter Denkmalschutz steht. Die Häuser sind aus Natursteinen errichtet, die Straßen und Treppen mit Kopfsteinpflaster sind teilweise mit Glyzinien überrankt. Im Sommer ist Molivos lebhaft. Unten am Hafen gibt es neben bunten Souvenir-Shops Tag und Nacht vielfältige gastronomische Angebote: Bars, kleine und große Tavernen, Discos und Internetcafés. Molivos ist ca. 2 km (ca. 25 Minuten Fußweg) von der Anlage entfernt. Wir haben schöne Strände für entspanntes Strandleben. Das Meer ist auch zu Fuß (ca. 1500 m) oder mit dem Farrad zu erreichen. Unser "Hausstrand" in der öffentlichen Bucht ist ca. 1 km lang. Es ist ein typisch griechischer Strand mit grauem Sand versetzt mit kleinen runden Kieseln. Dieser Strandbereich ist wenig belebt, und im letzten Drittel besteht die Möglichkeit für FKK. Am Vormittag findet man schöne Schattenplätze unter den Tamarisken, nachmittags ist es sonnig. Die Strandliegen und Sonnenschirme am Strand sind kostenlos zu benutzen.
