To the rear is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a private entrance to the side terrace and garden.
All the water to the house comes from Es Lloquet´s own freshwater well. Upstairs, the main bedroom, with a hand-made indonesian king-size bed, has a separate dressing area and itsown private balcony overlooking the swimming pool to the front.
There is a further double bedroom with views over the countryside to the rear and also a second shower room.
An enchanting pathway of stone steps past the barbecue area through the overhanging trees and down to the swimming-pool – clear blue water to cool you down after taking the sun.
Surrounded by lawns the poolside has a shaded dining area, hammod and sun loungers.
Es Lloquet is situated approx. 3.1 kilometers from Capdepera in the northeast, many splendid beaches all a short drive away (3-5km). There are also three 18hole golf courses within easy reach of 3-5km. If the peace and tranquility become too much the resort town of Cala Ratjada with marina, shopping-areas, restaurants and nightclubs is only 5 kilometers away.
Most times of the year the owner lives in a small cottage on the grounde, out of sight of the main house. Pool and terraces are for sole use of the guests.
