All facilities are modernly equipped, however the exterior has preserved the architectonic harmony fostered by old Istrian architects. The vast yards include outdoor stone grills if you'd like to test your culinary abilities, and there are tables in the shade of the vine, kiwi or fig trees where you can spend pleasant evenings alone or in the company of family or friends. In the immediate vicinity of our facilities there is a fenced site of 5,000 sq m in area with an olive orchard and a parking lot, and an area with stone benches and an outdoor grill, an ideal place for you to relax and let your children run loose. The price includes: bed-linen, water, gas and electricity expenses, cooking utensils and cutlery, cleaning equipment, weekly change of bed-linen, and final cleaning on guest's departure. Each apartment is completely equipped. * Neighborhood information: Krnica, a small Istrian town on the east coast of the peninsula, which is located within the municipality Marcana, situated at an altitude of 195 meters and located about 25 kilometers from Pula. Place with few inhabitants, all of them 300 or so, so it is ideal for a holiday in complete peace and quiet. Krnica has some own port on the coast, called Porat, which makes its coastal extension of the famous diving school. There is a post office, several shops and cafes. Nearby there are several other idyllic places for excursions and sightseeing: Rakalj, Peruški, Kavran Marcana, Gologoricki Dol and other places worth visiting. Surroundings of Krnica is suitable for riding on horses of the nearby ranches , mountain bike tours , long walks , swimming , diving ... Krnica offers and organized kayaking on the river of RASA , and boat trips along the unforgettable view of the bay . The area is ideal for lovers of hunting because of the woods and Mediterranean maquis lives many deer . The beaches are rocky small coves scattered along the Krnica channels with untouched nature and crystal clear sea .
