The lounge is ideal for unwinding after a day in the sun. Sink into the comfortable sofa and curl up with a good book. Alternatively, take advantage of the outstanding amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV and a radio.

The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favourite meals. Share your feast around the classic dining table which seats 4. Or cook outside on the barbecue and dine on the furnished terrace while enjoying views of the garden.

You are sure to have a great night’s sleep in either of the comfortable bedrooms. One bedroom features a double bed while the second bedroom has two single beds. One additional guest can be accommodated on the convertible sofa in the lounge. The single, spotless bathroom is perfect for freshening up in. It sports a shower and separate WC.

Central heating and electric fans will keep you comfortable year-round. A washing machine and ironing centre are provided for your convenience.

The local tourist tax is included in the rental price. Please bring your own towels and linen and make sure to leave the house as found as cleaning is not available.

Private parking is available onsite. Smoking is permitted outside only, and pets are welcome.

Located in the beautiful city of Arzon, this modern apartment offers access to the best of the Brittany region and a wide range of local activities, including scuba-diving, windsurfing, horse riding and fishing.

Water-lovers will be happy to note that the nearest beach is only 1 kilometre away, and golfers can tee off at Golf Blue Green de Rhuys-Kerver Golf Course at 10 kilometres. You’ll also have superb restaurants and bars at 100 metres and a supermarket within 500 metres of your door.

While it might be tempting to spend your holiday relaxing around the house, the city of Arzon and the surrounding area hold many wonders to explore. Popular day trips include taking a tour around the historical site of Cairn Du Petit Mont (2km), visiting the Le Moulin de Pen Castel museum (2.3km) and walking through the historical centre of Vannes (33km).
