Located in coastal Le Lavandou just 50 metres from the beach, this well-appointed apartment offers a wonderful escape for up to 5 sun-loving holidaymakers.

Inside the apartment, the lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. Sink into the plush sofa and enjoy a good book. Alternatively, take advantage of the outstanding amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV and a DVD player.

The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the classic dining table which seats 5 or outside on the furnished balcony.

The comfortable bedroom promises a restful night’s sleep. It features one double bed and one single bed. Two additional guests can be accommodated on the convertible sofa in the lounge, and the spotless bathroom is perfect for freshening up in. It sports a bath tub and separate WC.

In addition to these wonderful amenities, this house also features a balcony with wonderful sea views, perfect for taking advantage of the region’s sunny climate.

Air conditioning and central heating will keep you comfortable year-round. A washing machine, dryer and ironing centre are provided for your convenience.

The local tourist tax is included in the rental price. Please bring your own towels and linen . End cleaning has to be done by the guest. End cleaning, linen and towels can be available with additional fees.

Private underground parking is available onsite. Smoking is permitted outside only, and pets may be allowed upon request.

The seaside town of Le Lavandou is a hidden gem for escaping the crowds of the French Riviera. Here you’ll find a gorgeous beach (at 50m) and a quintessential southern atmosphere. Other highlights in town include superb bars and restaurants, the fascinating Route du Sel and the world-class Hyeres Golf Course (at 10km).

The proverbial playground known as St Tropez on the French Riveria coast is nearby and offers fantastic shopping, a lovely harbor and an appealing historic centre. It’s a great daytrip for anyone wanting to explore the region. The town also hosts a Wine and Grape Festival each summer. Other activities near the house include cycling and trips to a nearby casino. Don’t forget the vineyard tours on offer in the area.

The French Riviera is known as the place to go for those wanting a sunny holiday among the rich and famous. Highlights include the eclectic city of Marseille, ritzy Nice and spectacular Cannes of film festival fame. There is plenty to keep you busy for weeks on end surrounding Le Lavandou.
