holiday home in Rethymnon is located in a quite and peaceful location in the village of Agios Konstantinos (Roustika) near Rethymno. It is great for families and holiday makers who want their privacy, as well as being very close to some of Crete's most beautiful beaches. The holiday home is build in modern style with bits from the original Cretan architecture and sits on 1200 sq meters of its own land with beautiful garden surrounding. Visitors get the tranquility of the Countryside but also the convenience of being very close to the busy life of the Cretan cities.
It has a living room with open kitchen area, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The rooms are spacious and with great views of the local agriculture. The rooms are air-conditioned and with optional mobile phone facilities. The villa was made to house couples, big families or groups of up to 7 persons at once and offer quality and economic holidays.
The "bean" shaped swimming pool is maintained daily for best hygiene and also accommodates a shallow kids area. The garden is completed with grass, flowers and barbeque facilities.
