Cosy apartment in a pleasant family residence with swimming pool, in the centre of Salou, a few minutes walk only from Salou's main beaches, Playa Llevant and Playa Ponent.
This apartment, on the fifth floor of the residence (elevator), is bright and functional.
It counts with one big double bedroom, recently renovated, with a double bed, integrated closet and large window, a beautiful complete bathroom with bathtub, an equipped open-plan kitchen (big fridge, oven, microwave, electric cooktop, etc...) with american bar, opened to the pretty living room with a double sofa-bed and direct way out to the covered terrace, equipped with a table, chairs, and with views onto the seaside resort of Salou.
Well equipped, for a comfortable stay, with household appliances, TV screen, it includes wifi connection and the linen (sheets and shower towels) and you can, if you want, get the air conditioning available as optional service.
There is no private parking associated to this apartment although you can park your car in the streets at the back of the residence (schools area) where you'll find free parking spots (white zone).
If you prefer, it is possible to book a private parking spot in the hotel next door (to be booked in advance).
It stands in a surveyed family residence, with swimming pool and children's pool, outdoor showers, elevators and access ramp.
Ideally located, in the urban heart of Salou, it stands close to the covered municipal market, open everyday and is surrounded by little shopping streets with many shops, restaurants, bars, etc... as well as Salou's train station.
Only 700 metres from the residence stands Salou's main beach, Playa Llevant, with its beautiful long maritime promenade, Jaume I, where you'll find all kinds of restaurants, ice-cream makers, shops, activities,
The famous Port Aventura theme park and its water park stand only a few minutes from the residence, either driving or by bus.
Please know that Catalonia now applies a holiday tax, to be paid on check-in: 1 Euro per day and per person aged more than 16.

Salou is a seaside resort very developped in terms of tourism, about 100 kms South from Barcelona and 10 kms from Tarragona and its rich cultural patrimony, classified at the UNESCO.
You'll find there all kinds of tourist activities such as, for instance, water sports, children playgrounds, shops, restaurants of all kinds, excursions, etc.... and, above all, the famous Port Aventura theme park and the soon-to-open Ferrari Land.
Its typical golden sand, international culture and equipement for entertainment turned it into one of the most fashionable holiday places within Costa Dorada and Spain.
